If you want to experience the thrill of driving on the Nordschleife in DTM Race Driver 3, you will need to download a mod that adds the track to the game. Here are the steps to do so:

  • Download the Nordschleife mod from this link. The mod is compatible with both the original and the Starforce-free versions of the game.

  • Extract the contents of the mod archive to your DTM Race Driver 3 installation folder, usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Codemasters\DTM Race Driver 3.

  • Run the game and select World Tour mode. You should see the Nordschleife track available in the European Touring Car Championship category.

  • Choose your car and start racing on the Nordschleife. Enjoy!

Note: The mod only adds the track to the World Tour mode, not to the Pro Career or Free Race modes. If you want to play on the Nordschleife in those modes, you will need to use a track editor tool such as this one.

If you are new to the Nordschleife, you might find it daunting to drive on such a long and complex track. Here are some tips to help you enjoy your laps safely and smoothly:

  • Do some research before you go. Watch some videos of other drivers on the Nordschleife, read some guides and reviews, and study the layout and the corners of the track. This will help you familiarize yourself with the track and its challenges.

  • Check your car and your equipment. Make sure your car is in good condition, with enough fuel, oil, coolant, brake fluid, and tyre pressure. Also check your brakes, tyres, suspension, and lights. Bring a helmet, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and a warning triangle in case of emergencies.
